I contacted your office before christmas to get the 2 faulty walkers picked up so that I can organise a refund.
- As advised, the replacement 2nd faulty walker was USED, not brand new.
- Parts were also still assembled.
- The used walker was also faulty in the same area. It showed previous attempt/s to repair.
How much longer do we have to wait to get these walkers picked up?
We want a refund so we can purchase a new walker that is not faulty and works!

As a 70 year old paraplegic ILS Virginia rented and Installed a hospital bed on P& O Cruises and it made my voyage so much more comfortable. I cannot thank them enough for their service
If a zero Star rating was possible I'd give you that this company treats their clients like second rate citizens I will be making a formal complaint to the NDIS and consumer ombudsman board
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.
In short it took months for them to even give me a quote on wheelchair repairs. I paid promptly in January 2023. After repeated calls and emails to maintenance department, who now never gets back to me, I called and wanted to speak to a manager, Andrea was not available and was sent an email to contact me, guess what? That never happened. I have far too many attempts at contacting them logged to mention them all here.
They have been paid $1190.00 and will not do the work. I have taken it up with the NDIS.
This company is far more interested in taking over other companies than looking after the clients they have.
From my first visit many mistakes made. Frustration journey and a month later still not received item ordered.
My wife just had a motomed delivered to enable her to extend her therapy at home. What a GREAT delivery team!! They not only installed it where we wanted but they comprehensively ran through the setup and programming to get the best use out of the machine. 10/10
Think Mobility where an breeze to deal with. I made my order on line and received it within a reasonable time.
There was a delay with the product due to Covid and Think very kindly offered me an alternative. However I was happy to wait.
The staff where very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend Think to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices.
A very poor customer service. I hired a hoist and commode and it didn't arrive on the date and the patient has to stay in her wheelchair for long hours as we are not allowed to carry or lift her up. I called their number multiple times they just took my details and promised a call back but no one did. I rang them again the next day and ask what was happened, a lady told me that even I know the reasons of the delay It didn't change anything because it has been done. Imagine how bad the customer service they have. Of course we have the right to know the reason! we are talking about the patient and it is your responsibility to let us know if you can't make it on the day so we can have an alternative solutions. You demand an upfront payment but you didn't do your responsibility correctly. You delivered it late and now do didn't even bother to collect it, it's been 4 days since you supposed to collect it, but haven't heard anything from you guys. I have rang your number and no one knows.
